Assessment Services
Child Autism Assessment
Ages 4-17

A structured, person-centred autism assessment for children and young people, designed to support the whole family through the process.
What's Included:
- Initial consultation
- Parent or carer developmental history
- Two sessions with child or young person (including ADOS-2 where appropriate)
- School information and liaison (with consent)
- Multidisciplinary panel review
- Detailed written report
- Feedback session to discuss the outcome
- Recommendations for support and next steps
School observations may be arranged if clinically indicated at no extra cost.
Adult Autism Assessment
Ages 18+
£1,950
or £162.50/month over 12 months with 0% finance
A specialist autism assessment for adults, with an understanding of experiences such as masking and later identification.
What's Included:
- Initial consultation
- Clinical interview and developmental history
- Structured assessment tools (including ADOS-2 where appropriate)
- Information gathered from someone who knows you well (with your consent)
- Multidisciplinary panel review
- Detailed written report
- Feedback session to discuss the outcome
- Recommendations for support and workplace or everyday adjustments

ADHD Assessment
All ages

Diagnostic ADHD assessment using standardised tools (e.g. DIVA-5, QbTest where indicated) with structured clinical interview.
What's Included:
- Initial consultation call
- Structured clinical interview
- Standardised assessment tools (e.g. DIVA-5)
- Collateral / school information where relevant
- Multi-disciplinary team review
- Comprehensive written report
- Follow-up consultation to discuss results
- Support and management strategies + recommendations for next steps
We do not prescribe medication; any medication discussion is via your GP or NHS pathway.
Cognitive Assessment
All ages

A detailed understanding of how a person thinks, learns, and processes information, including areas such as memory, attention, and executive functioning.
What's Included:
- Initial consultation
- Standardised cognitive testing
- Assessment of strengths and difficulties
- Written report with findings
- Follow-up consultation
- Recommendations for support
Often combined with autism assessments to provide a fuller picture.
If the team needs further assessment to reach a well-supported conclusion, there is no additional charge. Optional additional services beyond the assessment itself are separate and always agreed with you in advance.
