Humm Finance Payment Terms

Last updated: 21 May 2026

6.1 About Humm

Humm is a third-party finance provider. Where available, Humm may allow eligible clients to spread the cost of selected services through instalments.

Finance is provided by Humm, not by The Neurodiversity Service.

6.2 Approval and eligibility

Humm finance is subject to Humm’s own checks, approval criteria and terms. We do not decide whether Humm approves or declines your application.

A service booking is not confirmed until Humm approval is completed and we confirm the booking.

6.3 Relationship with our services

Using Humm does not change the clinical nature of the service. You are still paying for an assessment or support process, not a guaranteed diagnosis, outcome or third-party acceptance.

Our Client Terms of Service, Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy, Consent Form and Complaints Policy continue to apply.

6.4 Refunds

If a refund is approved for a Humm-funded booking, it may need to be processed through Humm. Your Humm account may be adjusted or cancelled in accordance with Humm’s process and terms.

You should continue to comply with your Humm agreement unless and until Humm confirms otherwise.

6.5 Complaints and disputes

If your complaint relates to our service, please contact us under our Complaints Policy.

If your complaint relates to your Humm finance agreement, repayments, account, credit decision or Humm’s conduct, you may need to contact Humm directly.

If a complaint, dispute, chargeback, Section 75 claim or Financial Ombudsman Service matter involves both us and Humm, we may cooperate with Humm and provide relevant evidence.

6.6 Information sharing

Where you use Humm, we may share limited customer, order, payment, refund and dispute information with Humm where necessary.

We do not routinely share clinical records, diagnostic reports, safeguarding information or special category health data with Humm. Any sharing of clinical or health information would only occur where lawful, necessary, proportionate and appropriately protected.
